Services
We provide application analytics prepared as B2B account usage reporting, related assessments, quarterly reviews, and briefing packs as described on this site and in individual statements of work. Website content is informational and does not itself form a contract until both parties confirm an engagement in writing.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of account lists and extracts you supply, for lawful authority to share those extracts, and for decisions you make using our findings. We do not provide legal, accounting, or regulated financial advice.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how remain the property of Toolkit Sycamore Core Ltd. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered report and annex for your internal commercial purposes. You may not resell our templates as a competing reporting service.
Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public business and usage information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by United Kingdom law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost renewals or revenue, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use content for unlawful purposes. We may update site materials without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
